PRESIDENT/CEO: KARYN CATANIA

Born in Baltimore, MD, Karyn moved to Arlington, VA to attend college. She attended Marymount University where she obtained her Bachelor of Arts in Fashion Design. In October of 2010, she moved to New York City where she worked with some of the top leading names in the fashion industry.

After feeling like she hit a glass ceiling in the fashion industry, she decided to move back to her hometown to continue to grow professionally and eventually start her own business. Karyn then became involved with the face-to-face sales and marketing industry. She began as a competitive sales representative and was promoted to a management level. Her goal is to provide other like-minded entrepreneurs with the same opportunity for advancement and to continue to grow together!

 

 

 

 

SENIOR CORPORATE TRAINER: KATELYN WALKER

Katelyn is from Dallas, Texas. She attended Wade College to achieve a merchandise marketing degree. She helps raise three little nephews ages 5, 6, and 7. She started RMC Consulting in February of 2017 and is proud to be a corporate trainer.

When asked about the business, Katelyn says, “I like how we are a family oriented office. Everyone is always willing to help each other reach goals. Plus, I love how the work environment is energetic, which makes me excited to wake up every morning to come to work!”

 

 

 

 

 

 

SENIOR CORPORATE TRAINER: KAYLYN LEFAN

Kaylyn is originally from Arlington, Texas. She aspires to be a good example to others and loves coffee more than life itself. She attended Oklahoma State and shortly upon graduation she started in the business in September 2017.

Kaylyn explains, “There is so much I love about this business. If I had to pick two things I like most about it would be the opportunity and working with people who uphold me to reach my goals. Over the short time, I have been in the business, I have grown so much personally and professionally. I am so beyond thankful for the endless opportunity that has been provided to me.”

 

 

 

 

 

DIRECTOR OF HUMAN RESOURCES: LINDSEY GARNER

Lindsey is from Birmingham, Alabama, and attended the University of Alabama in Tuscaloosa to achieve a Bachelors degree in Criminal Justice with a minor in Computer Applications. Lindsey is an animal lover and loves the color pink. She started in the business in July 2018 and says, “I love the team-oriented environment and can-do attitude that is required to work here. My teammates are my people & I truly believe that this is where I am meant to be!
